I am very saddened to hear that my former neighbor and good friend, Dr. Joseph Nowakowski, has passed away. Joseph was a very kind, sincere, and brilliant man, always a great pleasure to speak with. He always had time to chat and was friendly with everyone. I will always remember his wit and sense of humor.
Expressing my deepest condolences, sympathies and prayers to Joseph and his entire family. He will be missed dearly. May Joseph rest in peace with the Lord for eternity.
